High Protein High Fiber Blueberry Oatmeal
A quick, healthy breakfast that keeps me full for hours.
Ingredients
1/4 cup Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Organic Rolled Oats with Ancient Grains & Seeds (Or use regular rolled oats and toss in chia and flax seeds for the same boost.)
1/2 cup Fairlife milk
2 cranks sea salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
A handful of organic blueberries
1 Tbsp pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
1–2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp honey, drizzled on top
