  • 1/4 cup Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Organic Rolled Oats with Ancient Grains & Seeds (Or use regular rolled oats and toss in chia and flax seeds for the same boost.)

  • 1/2 cup Fairlife milk

  • 2 cranks sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • A handful of organic blueberries

  • 1 Tbsp pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

  • 1–2 Tbsp chopped walnuts

  • 1 Tbsp honey, drizzled on top
