New in Favorite Reads : Remain
Remain blends romance, grief, and a touch of the supernatural into an easy, heartfelt read. Tate and Wren's love story is sweet, and the mystery surrounding Wren kept the pages turning, though the overall plot felt familiar and fairly straightforward. It was easy to read and like a vanilla ice cream cone. Enjoyable, but basic. I expected a better twist with M. Night Shyamalan attached to the project, but it fell a little flat.
